Al Tawheed and Al Noor Foundation undertakes to return or exchange any product purchased through the website within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in the same original condition in which it was received.
Some products that require this are exempt from the return or exchange process, for example: personal care products, underwear, socks, swimsuits, swimming equipment, and newborn products.
It is not necessary to return the entire invoice or order, but you can request the return of a specific product under the same conditions as above.
In the event of damage, defect, or error in the product or shortage in the received order, it must be reported on the same day of receipt by calling or sending a message on WhatsApp to the customer service numbers.
If a discount is obtained on the total purchase or on some products and the return results in the customer not meeting the minimum required for the discount to continue, the return will be processed and the discount granted to the customer will be cancelled.
Since the shipping and delivery process faces many problems and may cause delays in return requests, the online department of Tawheed and Al Noor pledges to accept all returns even after the 14-day period has expired, provided that the return request is reported within 14 days of the date of receipt. Thus, the 14-day period becomes a notification period and not a receipt period.
Second, how to request a return or exchange:
You can exchange your product by submitting a return request through customer service, as we do not offer direct exchanges through the website. You can exchange your product by submitting a new request through the official Tawhid wal Noor website for the product you wish to purchase. Then, contact customer service to arrange the return of the product you wish to return. You will receive a refund once the returned product is received from the shipping company.
In case of a return, simply call or send a message on WhatsApp to customer service number 01018358944 and inform them of your wish to return. Please provide the customer service representative with the required information, such as a photo of the invoice, a photo of the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
A representative will arrive to receive the return. After the return is returned from the shipping company to the Tawhid and Al Noor warehouse, it will be confirmed that there are no damages or changes in the product from its original condition. The product price will be refunded to you.
You can only exchange and return your product from the Tawhid and Al Noor branches linked to the website, as these are the branches that have the system. You can do this by visiting the branch with the product in its original condition and the purchase invoice within 14 days from the date of purchase, not from the date of receipt.
Third: Shipping costs:
Al Tawhid Wal Noor Online is a new service offered by the renowned Al Tawhid Wal Noor Foundation to its valued customers. The service aims to save them time and effort. Al Tawhid Wal Noor believes in the importance of transparency, so we confirm that the prices on the website are the same as the prices in the branches, without any increase. Therefore, we confirm the following:
Free shipping is applied to the total purchase amount, depending on the value specified for free shipping during the purchase period.
The customer will bear the return costs in the event that the return is made through a representative, provided that no error has been made by Al Tawhid Wal Noor, as the amount for the returned product will be transferred after deducting the return costs.
Fourth: Refund:
Currently, cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed via electronic transfer, for example, to a wallet, InstaPay, Visa, or MasterCard, in coordination with customer service.
The refund period varies from one bank to another, but on average, the process takes 14 days from the transfer date. Therefore, please contact your bank if the refund is delayed beyond this period.
