Exchange and return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and unworn, with all attached tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or refunds for items purchased during offers (especially seasonal promotions). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange service for an item of equal or higher value, provided the returned item is in its original condition with the original tag and receipt. Additional delivery fees may apply for exchange services.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether the refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
